The THIMUN Qatar Regional Office is pleased to announce the start of the registration process for our 2^nd Annual MUN Conference, which will take place from 29^th January - 1^st February 2013. Schools wishing to participate in the conference are encouraged to download the adminstration handbook and submit their form 1 registration by May 30. Invitation to register for the 1^st Annual Qatar MUN and Film Leadership Conference in Doha (20-22 September, 2012)

Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in Qatar, Northwestern University in Qatar, and THIMUN Qatar will be hosting the First Annual MUN and Film Leadership Conference from 20-22^nd September 2012. The 2012 conference will feature reowned academic and professional leaders from around the world.

The Qatar MUN and Film Leadership Conference has two main objectives. The first goal is to provide high school students and teachers with quality workshops designed to provide them with leadership skills and tools to run successful MUN and Film studies programs. The second goal is to provide an annual meeting place for MUN and Film leaders to exchange ideas and develop partnerships.

The conference program will feature MUN, debate and educational leaders working with participants in the following areas: skill building, professional learning, organization, teaching, community and service, and media and film programs.

We cordially invite you to attend the conference. Please note this conference is intended for both students and teachers. The deadline for registration is June 30th 2012 but spaces are limited.
